Blowing HDPE trays and pallets as hollow double-wall parts gives stiff, load-bearing platforms in one extrusion blow cycle, with no welding or assembly. The energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive holds melt and clamp steady through the long blow phase a large flat part needs, and automatic in-line deflashing trims the parting-line web so panels come out clean. Single- or double-station layouts let you match cycle to part size, and AMAN supplies the matching mould.
