15ml-30ml Eyedrop Injection Blow Molding Machine
A servo injection blow molding machine for 15ml and 30ml eyedrop bottles in PE and PP, producing seamless, flash-free pharmaceutical containers in a single step. The inject-blow rotary stations give the precise, particulate-free finish ophthalmic packaging requires.
Overview
Eyedrop bottles need an accurate dropper neck and a clean, weld-free body, and this one-step inject-blow process forms both without trimming or secondary handling that could shed particles. Servo drive holds tight shot control for small 15ml-30ml doses and trims energy per bottle, while PE and PP suit sterile ophthalmic use. AMAN provides the dropper-neck tooling, an eye dropper outer cap mould to match, and turnkey support for the line.
Key features
- One-step inject-blow for clean eyedrop necks
- Seamless, flash-free finish for ophthalmic use
- Servo control accurate on 15ml and 30ml doses

Injection Blow Molding for Pharma Eye-Drop & Dropper Bottles — 10–30 ml HDPE/PP Medicine Bottles, Bangladesh
Eye-drop, dropper and 10–30 ml medicine bottles leave no room for flash or a sloppy neck. A pharma-packaging maker turned to AMAN's 3-station injection blow molding for precise, seam-free necks with no flash to trim.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
