50ml Medicine Bottle Injection Blow Molding Machine
A servo-motor injection blow molding machine for 50ml HDPE medicine bottles, forming seamless, flash-free pharmaceutical containers in one step. The inject-blow rotary stations build preform and bottle without an intermediate handling step.
Overview
This machine injects a preform and blows it on a rotating station group so the container emerges seamless and without flash, a finish that suits medicine bottles and chemical packaging where leak-tight necks matter. Servo-motor drive holds shot and clamp control steady from 50ml medicine bottles up to 1L containers while lowering energy draw, and it runs HDPE, PP and PE. AMAN supplies the precision inject-blow tooling and complete line support.
Key features
- Servo motor steadies the 50ml-1L cycle
- One-step inject-blow yields seamless, flash-free bottles
- Leak-tight necks for chemical and industrial packaging
- Runs HDPE, PP and PE materials
Application
Seamless 50ml-1L HDPE, PP and PE medicine bottles and small containers for pharmaceutical, chemical and household packaging filling lines.

Injection Blow Molding for Pharma Eye-Drop & Dropper Bottles — 10–30 ml HDPE/PP Medicine Bottles, Bangladesh
Eye-drop, dropper and 10–30 ml medicine bottles leave no room for flash or a sloppy neck. A pharma-packaging maker turned to AMAN's 3-station injection blow molding for precise, seam-free necks with no flash to trim.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
