Roll-On and Essential Oil Bottle Injection Blow
A one-step injection blow molding machine covering roll-on deodorant and essential oil bottle formats. One machine injects, blows and ejects finished seamless bottles with the precise necks roller balls demand.
Overview
Built for converters running several roll-on formats, the machine swaps tooling between deodorant and essential-oil bottle sizes while the one-step process keeps every neck injection-formed and every body free of flash. The rotary inject-blow-eject layout produces finished bottles ready for ball insertion and filling. AMAN supplies the format tooling sets and supports the line after delivery.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
See the full range, from 2 ml vials to 1-litre bottles, on our injection blow molding machine page.
