A one-step injection blow molding machine for small medical containers from 3ml and 5ml vials upward, producing seamless, flash-free pharmaceutical plastics. The inject-blow rotary layout forms preform and bottle in a single continuous cycle.
Overview
Designed for tiny pharmaceutical containers, this machine injects a preform and blows it on a rotating station set without removing the part, so each vial leaves seamless and free of weld lines or flash. That clean finish matters for medical packaging where particulates and burrs are unacceptable, and the one-step cycle handles HDPE, PP and PE vials and small containers from 3ml-5ml upward. One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
