Overview
Five-gallon PC bottles must stay clear and dimensionally true to seat on dispensers and survive repeated refills, so this machine controls the PC parison and clamping closely to keep walls even and transparent. The energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive moderates the heat-sensitive PC cycle while cutting power use, and automatic in-line deflashing finishes the neck and base. Single or double-station options and matching PC moulds complete a CE-standard package.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
