Overview

Working in PP for its stiffness and chemical resistance, this machine moulds drums, buckets and pails plus their lids so a complete container ships from one cell. The hot-runner mould (single-cavity for large pails, multi-cavity for smaller parts) keeps wall sections uniform for a reliable lid seal. The lid mould is made alongside the pail mould.

We make the bucket and lid moulds in our own workshop and also supply the matched injection machines to run them. The pail body mould runs on an AM-700; the lid mould runs on a smaller AM-268. Recommended setup:

The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
