Toilet Seat and Cover Injection Mould
An injection mould for the PP toilet seat and cover, made in AMAN's own workshop: one family mould forms the seat ring and the cover together, and we supply the matched injection machine to run it.
Overview
Seat ring and cover can be moulded together or apart. The 1 + 1 family mould runs on an AM-700 (7,000 kN) with a cycle of about 55–70 s, depending on part design. A seat-ring-only mould fits a 300–400 t class machine; a cover-only mould needs a 450–550 t class machine. Injection mould delivery time is 40–60 days.

Shot weight is the machine rating in PS.
One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
Order the injection mould for your part with this machine and we make it in our own workshop, then ship machine and mould as one set, tested and tuned together. Send your part drawing and we quote the machine together with the mould.
