Blow moulding makes pallets as hollow double-wall structures, giving a light but rigid deck without the resin weight of a solid moulding. The demand-metered servo-hydraulic drive powers the large platen movements while keeping running cost down, and in-line auto-deflash station trims the edges of each formed deck. Single- or double-station layouts let producers scale pallet output, with the matching mould supplied by AMAN.
