The IML robot handles label pick-and-place in time with each cycle, while the hot-runner mould (single-cavity for large pails, multi-cavity for smaller parts) keeps output high. One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
