Parison Control HDPE Milk Bottle Blow Molding Machine
An HDPE extrusion blow molding machine fitted with a servo parison controller for milk containers and bottles. The parison programmer fine-tunes wall thickness along the bottle for the 100ml-2L range.
Overview
A servo parison wall-thickness controller profiles the melt as the parison forms, so plastic is placed where milk bottles need strength and trimmed where they don't, cutting resin per bottle while keeping walls even. Combined with the demand-metered servo-hydraulic drive, the result is lighter, consistent containers at lower cost. Automatic in-line deflashing finishes each bottle, and single- or double-station layouts plus an AMAN mould complete the line.
Key features
- Servo parison controller profiles wall thickness
- Places plastic where milk bottles need strength
- Trims resin use for lighter consistent bottles
- Servo-hydraulic drive with automatic in-line deflashing
Application
HDPE milk bottles and containers from 100ml to 2L for dairy and beverage filling lines needing tight wall control.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
