A high-speed HDPE extrusion blow molding machine for small milk bottles in the 200ml to 500ml range. It is geared for fast cycling on light dairy bottles within the 100ml-2L size band.
Overview
Small dairy bottles reward fast, repeatable cycling, so this machine is tuned for high-speed operation on 200ml-500ml HDPE bottles. The load-sensing servo-hydraulic drive sustains quick movements while holding wall thickness steady, keeping every bottle consistent at speed, and in-line automatic flash removal sends finished, flash-free bottles straight toward filling. Single- or double-station setups let dairies lift throughput, with the matching neck tooling and mould from AMAN.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
