Overview

Mineral water bottles are stretch-blown from PET preforms, and this line packages the whole bottle-making stage: infrared preform reheating, stretch blowing and automatic discharge, configured as one production line. The two-step layout lets bottle output run independently of preform supply, so the line keeps pace with your filler. AMAN configures the line to your bottle design and output target and supports installation and commissioning on site.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.

We also make PET stretch blow moulds, the tools that turn your preforms into the bottles you sell, in our own workshop. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.

Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
