Overview

Multi-layer construction lets an 800-1000L IBC tank carry a barrier or regrind layer sandwiched in its wall, improving chemical resistance or trimming material cost without a second process. Several extruders feed one large die head, and the demand-metered servo-hydraulic drive powers the heavy platen strokes a large tank needs. Automatic in-line deflashing clears the bulky flash, with the matching tank mould and turnkey support from AMAN.
