Overview
Indoor playground pieces and toddler toys need thick, durable walls and large volume, which is exactly what an accumulator die head delivers by gathering melt and releasing it in one rapid shot. The servo-hydraulic drive powers this high-force discharge while holding energy use in check, and in-line deflashing trims the parting-line flash automatically. Single- or double-station configurations suit either prototyping or steady production, with matching moulds available from AMAN.
