Christmas Ball Production Blow Molding Machine
An extrusion blow molding machine for plastic Christmas balls and hollow spheres, blowing thin-walled HDPE parts.
Overview
Decorative balls are lightweight hollow spheres that need a thin, even wall to stay round and light, so the machine's servo-hydraulic wall-thickness control inflates each sphere uniformly without thick or weak spots. Automatic in-line deflashing trims the seam where the two halves close, leaving a clean ball, and the energy-saving servo drive keeps cost low over large decorative runs. Single or double station can be specified, with AMAN supplying the matching ball moulds.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
