Overview
The 28mm and 29/25 neck finishes are industry-standard beverage closures where thread pitch and sealing diameter must hold tight tolerances, so the hot-runner, multi-cavity mould fills uniformly to keep every cap interchangeable on the bottle. One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
Order the cap mould with this machine and we make it in our own workshop, then ship machine and mould as one set, tested and tuned together. The mould itself takes 40–60 days from approved drawings. Send your part drawing and we quote the machine together with the mould.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
