Overview

Making the inner bottle for a 500-1000L IBC means blowing one of the largest hollow parts on the floor, where a uniform wall is critical to the tank holding its rated volume safely. The machine delivers the large parison these bodies need and uses an load-sensing servo-hydraulic drive to handle the heavy shots without wasting power, while in-line automatic flash removal clears the big pinch-off the part produces. Single or double station is available, with AMAN supplying the matching IBC mould.
