Overview

A 500L HDPE IBC bottle is a heavy, large-volume hollow body that has to hold liquid without weak spots, so the accumulator head stores melt and discharges a thick, even parison in one fast stroke before it can sag. The demand-metered servo-hydraulic drive manages the power of these big shots efficiently, and in-line auto-deflash station clears the substantial pinch-off the tank leaves behind. AMAN can build the IBC bottle mould in-house and deliver the line complete.
