250ml & 500ml Square Bottle Blow Molding Machine
A one-step injection blow molding machine for square 250ml and 500ml bottles, forming the neck by injection and the body by blow on a single rotary platform for a seamless, flash-free part.
Overview
One-step injection blow molding injects a precise preform then blows it into the square bottle on the same machine, so the threaded neck stays dimensionally accurate and the body emerges seamless with no parting-line flash. The inject-and-blow rotary stations keep the cycle continuous, suiting HDPE, PP and PE for industrial packaging where square bottles stack and label cleanly. One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
