PET Water Bottle Cap Injection Molding Machine

Overview
Bottle caps run in enormous numbers and must seal every time, so this machine teams a hot-runner multi-cavity tool with fast servo or electric cycles to push closure volume up. Balanced hot-runner fill keeps thread form and sealing diameter uniform across all cavities, which is what guarantees a leak-tight fit on PET water bottles. Short cycles and energy-saving drive hold cost per thousand caps low.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
Order the cap mould with this machine and we make it in our own workshop, then ship machine and mould as one set, tested and tuned together. The mould itself takes 40–60 days from approved drawings. Send your part drawing and we quote the machine together with the mould.
