8-48 Cavity PET Preform Hot Runner Injection Mould

Overview

This is the tooling, not the machine: a multi-cavity PET preform mould available in 8, 16, 24, 32 or 48 cavities to match your output target. Hot-runner gating, in valve or open-gate form, feeds each cavity evenly, while hardened stainless steel resists wear and polishes to a clean preform surface. Conformal copper cooling channels pull heat fast for shorter cycles, and standard neck finishes including PCO1810, PCO1881 and 28mm, or custom, suit your closure and downstream blow line.
