PET PP PE Flip Top Cap Injection Molding Machine

Overview
Flip-top caps need a clean living hinge and a reliable snap, which depends on filling every cavity at the same pressure - the hot-runner, multi-cavity tool does this while eliminating runner scrap. The servo-electric drive holds injection and clamp settings constant, so the hinge and sealing lip stay consistent across all cavities and across long shifts. One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
Flip top cap moulds are one of the three kinds of tooling we do best. Order the flip top cap mould with this machine and we make it in our own workshop, then ship machine and mould as one set, tested and tuned together. The mould itself takes 40–60 days from approved drawings. Send your part drawing and we quote the machine together with the mould.
