PE PP LDPE Square Bottle Injection Blow Machine
An injection blow molding machine for square plastic bottles in PE, PP, HDPE and LDPE. The preform is injected in a hot-runner, multi-cavity mould, then blown into flat-walled, square-section bottles with sharp, accurate corners.
Overview
Square bottles pack efficiently but their flat panels and corners are unforgiving of uneven fill or sink. This machine injects the preform on a hot-runner multi-cavity tool that balances pressure across cavities, then blows the bottle so corners form crisply and panels stay flat across PE, PP, HDPE and LDPE. Servo or electric drive sustains high productivity while lowering energy on each cycle, and the hot runner removes cold-runner scrap.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
