Overview

Blow-moulded HDPE pallets are double-walled hollow structures, so the machine blows the full deck and feet in one shot for strength without the weight of solid plastic. The servo-hydraulic drive trims power use over long production runs, and automatic in-line deflashing clears the pinch-off seams so parts come off finished. Single or double station can be specified to match volume, and AMAN tools the pallet mould in-house and delivers the line turnkey.
