This machine molds heavy-wall HDPE parts with a hot-runner tool (single-cavity for large pails, multi-cavity for smaller parts) that balances fill for consistent strength and flat rims. The hot runner cuts runner scrap on big parts.

Recommended setup

We make the bucket and crate moulds in our own workshop and also supply the matched injection machine to run them. One AM-700 runs both the bucket mould and the crate mould — you change the mould, not the machine. Recommended setup:

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.

Order the injection mould for your part with this machine and we make it in our own workshop, then ship machine and mould as one set, tested and tuned together. Send your part drawing and we quote the machine together with the mould.
