An automatic extrusion blow molding machine for hollow ocean balls and sea balls in HDPE and PP. It blows seamless, durable play balls at steady cycle.
Overview
Ocean balls have to stay round, crush-resilient and free of weak seams under constant child use, so even wall distribution is the key. This machine blows hollow spheres in HDPE or PP, with single or double station to scale output for high-volume toy production. The demand-metered servo-hydraulic drive keeps walls uniform across the ball surface for consistent bounce and strength, and in-line auto-deflash station trims the pinch point clean. AMAN supplies matching multi-cavity ball moulds.

The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
