Water Bottle Preform Making Machine
A PET preform injection molding machine for mineral water bottle production. A hot-runner, multi-cavity mould injects many preforms per shot, feeding downstream stretch-blow lines with consistent, ready-to-reheat blanks.
Overview
Preforms are the foundation of every PET water bottle, so consistent weight and clear, stress-free walls matter to the blower downstream. This machine runs a hot-runner multi-cavity tool that fills numerous preforms each cycle for high productivity, with balanced gating that keeps weight and neck dimensions uniform across cavities. Servo or electric drive lowers energy per thousand preforms on fast injection cycles. AMAN supplies the matching multi-cavity preform mould and neck tooling.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
Order the PET preform mould with this machine and we make it in our own workshop, then ship machine and mould as one set, tested and tuned together. The mould itself takes 40–60 days from approved drawings. Send your part drawing and we quote the machine together with the mould.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
