Deodorant Roller Bottle Injection Blow Machine
A one-step injection blow molding machine for small cosmetic bottles - fragrance, deodorant and roller-ball formats in HDPE. Injecting the preform and blowing the bottle in one cycle gives seamless bodies with precise necks.
Overview
Roller and fragrance bottles live or die by the neck: the roller ball and cap must seat exactly, and injection-formed necks hold that tolerance bottle after bottle. The body is blown seamless and flash-free in the same machine, so no trimming station is needed before filling. Multi-cavity tooling raises output for these small-format containers. AMAN supports the full filling line.
Key features
- Injection-formed necks seat roller balls precisely
- Seamless flash-free small cosmetic bottles
- Multi-cavity tooling for small-format output
- One machine from preform to finished bottle

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
