100ml-1L One-Step Injection Blow Molding Machine
An IBM injection blow molding machine using a one-step inject-and-blow cycle for precision industrial bottles in the 100 ml to 1,000 ml range. Rotary inject and blow stations deliver seamless, flash-free containers in HDPE, PP or PE.
Overview
Injection blow molding moulds the preform first, so the neck and wall are formed to tight tolerances before the bottle is blown on the same machine, with no transfer and no parting-line flash. That precision suits industrial packaging where consistent shot weight and a clean sealing surface matter. The rotary station arrangement keeps inject, blow and eject running in sequence for steady throughput, and the process runs HDPE, PP and PE across the 100 ml to 1,000 ml range without secondary trimming.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
See the full range, from 2 ml vials to 1-litre bottles, on our injection blow molding machine page.
