1000L PE IBC Tank Extrusion Blow Molding Machine
An extrusion blow molding machine for 1000L PE IBC tanks and large water containers over 100L. It forms the full-size inner bottle of a one-tonne bulk container in a single blow.
Overview
A 1000L IBC inner tank is among the largest blow-moulded containers, and this machine is built for that scale with the clamping and parison capacity to fill an oversized HDPE/PE mould evenly. Energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive supplies high power on demand while keeping wall thickness consistent, so the finished tank holds a full tonne of liquid safely. Single- or double-station layouts adjust output to demand, and in-line automatic flash removal clears the long pinch seams left by large parisons.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
