Servo Pesticide Bottle Injection Blow Molding Machine
A servo-controlled, one-step injection blow molding machine for chemical and pesticide bottles in the 100 ml to 1,000 ml range. Inject-and-blow rotary stations produce seamless, flash-free containers from HDPE, PP or PE.
Overview
Agrochemical packaging has to resist aggressive contents and seal tightly, so the one-step inject-then-blow cycle is well suited: the preform is injection-moulded for a precise neck and even wall, then blown without ever leaving the machine. The result is a seamless bottle with no pinch-off weld or flash to trim, which improves barrier integrity for pesticides. Servo control gives repeatable shot weight across HDPE, PP and PE, and the rotary station layout keeps the cycle continuous for steady output.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
