A small-footprint injection blow molding machine for square cosmetic bottles. One-step inject-and-blow gives seamless, flash-free containers with crisp flat sides ideal for cosmetic labelling and shelf display.
Overview
Square cosmetic bottles need sharp corners and smooth, blemish-free faces, and one-step injection blow molding forms them without a parting-line seam. Injecting a preform and blowing it on the same rotary station produces a seamless, no-flash bottle with flat sides that take labels cleanly and stand neatly on shelves. The compact machine runs HDPE, PP or PE from 100 ml to 1,000 ml and sets a precise neck for cosmetic closures. AMAN supplies the matching mould.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
