Overview
Pharmaceutical bottles need a precise neck and a seamless, particle-free body, and one-step injection blow molding delivers both by injecting a preform and blowing it on the same rotary tool without a parting-line weld. The result is a seamless bottle with no flash to trim, ideal for small dosing and rolling containers. Running HDPE, PP or PE, the machine forms the neck thread accurately for reliable capping. AMAN provides the matching pharma mould and tooling.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
