Toilet Seat Mould and Moulding Machine
Injection moulds for PP toilet seats and covers, sized to the output you need: a 1 + 1 family mould on an AM-700, or a 2 + 2 family mould on an AM-1080 when one machine has to produce more sets. AMAN makes the mould in its own workshop and supplies the matched machine.
Overview
Output per machine comes from the number of sets per shot. A toilet seat set moulds in about 55–70 s, depending on part design, so moving from a 1 + 1 to a 2 + 2 family mould doubles the sets per shot. Seat-ring-only and cover-only moulds run on smaller machines. Injection mould delivery time is 40–60 days.

Shot weight is the machine rating in PS.
One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
Order the injection mould for your part with this machine and we make it in our own workshop, then ship machine and mould as one set, tested and tuned together. Send your part drawing and we quote the machine together with the mould.
