HDPE Oil Barrel Single-Station Blow Molding Machine
A high-speed single-station extrusion blow molding machine for large 50L-100L oil barrels, able to run recycled HDPE alongside virgin material. Energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive moves the heavy clamp and big parison without wasting power.
Overview
Barrels in the 50L-100L range demand a large parison and strong clamping force, and this single-station machine is built around that weight class. The servo-hydraulic system delivers the force needed for thick-walled drums while trimming energy on each cycle, and it accepts recycled HDPE and multi-material blends so producers can lower resin cost. Automatic in-line deflashing clears neck and tail scrap so each barrel comes off the line finished. AMAN supplies the matching barrel mould and full line on request.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make oil and chemical drum blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
