Overview
The same large-barrel platform offered with one or two blowing stations, so capacity scales to demand. A double station blows one drum while the next loads to lift throughput, while the single-station option keeps investment lower for shorter runs. Energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive handles the thick parison and heavy clamp for 50L-100L containers, and acceptance of recycled and multi-material resin holds material cost down. Automatic in-line deflashing finishes each barrel; AMAN matches the mould and turnkey line.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make oil and chemical drum blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
