Baby Feeding Bottle Injection Blow Molding Machine
A one-step injection blow molding machine for plastic baby feeding bottles. The inject-and-blow rotary process forms seamless, flash-free bottles with a smooth interior safe for milk and infant feeding.
Overview
Baby bottles must have no seams or trim lines where residue could collect, which is exactly what one-step injection blow molding delivers. By injecting a preform and blowing it on the same rotary tool, the machine produces a seamless, no-flash bottle with a smooth, easy-to-clean interior and an accurate neck for standard teats. Running food-grade PP for feeding bottles, and HDPE and LDPE for small milk bottles, it suits hygienic feeding-bottle production. AMAN provides the matching mould and tooling.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
See the full range, from 2 ml vials to 1-litre bottles, on our injection blow molding machine page.
