Overview

This machine blow-molds family-size milk bottles of 1L, 2L and 3L and accepts HDPE, LDPE or PP, letting a dairy run rigid, semi-flexible or heat-resistant bottles from the same line. High-speed cycling and the energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive keep output up and wall thickness even across the size range. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
