A one-step injection blow molding machine for 750ml ketchup bottles in HDPE and LDPE. Forming the preform and squeeze-bottle body on one rotary tool gives a seamless, flash-free container with a precise dispensing neck.
Overview
Ketchup bottles get squeezed repeatedly and must stay leak-free, so a seamless wall and an accurate neck matter. This machine injects a preform and blows it on the same rotary station, producing a seamless, no-flash 750ml bottle with no parting-line weak point. Running HDPE, PP, PE and LDPE for bottles up to 1,000 ml, it sets the neck thread precisely for caps and flip-tops. AMAN supplies the matching food-grade mould and tooling.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
