A high-speed HDPE extrusion blow molding machine for 200ml and 500ml milk bottles. Fast cycling on these small dairy bottles drives the volume that beverage and milk lines depend on.
Overview
This machine blow-molds small HDPE milk bottles in the 200ml to 500ml class, the single-serve and family sizes that move in large numbers through dairy filling. High-speed operation keeps cycle times short on the light bottles, and the demand-metered servo-hydraulic drive holds wall thickness even so each bottle meets food-contact weight targets. Automatic in-line deflashing delivers flash-free bottles straight toward filling. A double-station setup is available to lift output further, with range up to 2L.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
