High Speed Baby Bottle Injection Blow Molding
A one-step injection blow molding machine for small baby feeding and milk bottles. Inject-and-blow forming yields seamless, flash-free containers with smooth interiors suited to infant feeding.
Overview
Small milk and feeding bottles demand a hygienic, seam-free body and a precise neck for teats, which one-step injection blow molding provides in a single cycle. The machine injects a preform and blows it on the same rotary tool, so the finished bottle has no flash to trim and no inner seam where milk residue could lodge. Running food-grade PP for feeding bottles, and HDPE and LDPE for small milk bottles, it is built for steady small-bottle output. AMAN supplies the matching mould and tooling.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
See the full range, from 2 ml vials to 1-litre bottles, on our injection blow molding machine page.
