Overview
Skincare closures must look clean and seal tight to protect creams and serums, so the flip-top hinge and inner seal need tight tolerances. Using a hot-runner, multi-cavity mould, this machine fills every cavity evenly and injects many caps per shot for high output. The servo-electric drive keeps cycles repeatable and energy-efficient across long skincare runs, holding the hinge and lip dimensions steady. AMAN provides the matching cap mould and neck tooling.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
Flip top cap moulds are one of the three kinds of tooling we do best. Order the flip top cap mould with this machine and we make it in our own workshop, then ship machine and mould as one set, tested and tuned together. The mould itself takes 40–60 days from approved drawings. Send your part drawing and we quote the machine together with the mould.
