100ml Cosmetic Flip-Cap Injection Molding Machine
A high-speed injection molding machine for 100ml HDPE cosmetic flip-caps, with a living hinge that must snap and seal reliably. Servo-electric drive and a hot-runner mould produce flip-tops cleanly at volume.
Overview
Flip-caps for cosmetics rely on a thin living hinge that has to flex thousands of times without cracking, which demands precise, repeatable injection and even cavity fill. This machine pairs a servo-electric drive with a hot-runner, multi-cavity mould to form many flip-caps per shot while holding the hinge section consistent. Fast cycles and low energy per cap support high-volume cosmetic packaging. AMAN supplies the matching flip-cap mould and tooling.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
Flip top cap moulds are one of the three kinds of tooling we do best. Order the flip top cap mould with this machine and we make it in our own workshop, then ship machine and mould as one set, tested and tuned together. The mould itself takes 40–60 days from approved drawings. Send your part drawing and we quote the machine together with the mould.
