Overview

Aimed at small 100ml and 200ml packaging jars, this high-speed machine blow-molds the short, wide-neck containers used for creams, pastes, powders and tablets. The double-station option overlaps blowing and loading to push output on these quick-cycling small jars, while the servo-hydraulic drive that meters power to demand keeps walls even around the wide opening. Automatic in-line deflashing clears neck and base flash so jars arrive trimmed and ready for capping. Container range extends up to 2L on the same platform.

The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
