HDPE Square Bottle Injection Blow Molding Machine
A one-step injection blow molding machine for square plastic bottles in the 100 ml to 1,000 ml class. Forming preform and bottle on one rotary tool yields seamless, flash-free square containers with flat, stackable sides.
Overview
Square bottles use storage space efficiently but need crisp, even corners, which one-step injection blow molding delivers by injecting a preform and blowing it on the same machine without a parting-line seam. The seamless, no-flash finish means no trimming and a clean face for labelling on flat-sided containers up to 1,000 ml. Running HDPE, PP or PE, the machine sets an accurate neck for secure closures. AMAN provides the matching square-bottle mould and tooling.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
