Overview

Dedicated to IBC inner containers from 500L to 1000L, this large-format machine blow-molds the one-piece HDPE bottle that drops into a pallet-and-cage frame for bulk liquid transport. The demand-metered servo-hydraulic drive drives the substantial clamp and extended blow time these volumes require, while holding wall thickness even across the tall body and integrated neck. Automatic in-line deflashing clears the heavy flash from base and top, and AMAN can supply the IBC mould and a complete line.
