Overview

This machine blows oversized tanks above 100L, including 1000L and 2000L water and IBC chemical containers, using a multilayer head that co-extrudes several wall layers at once. The layered structure can place a barrier or regrind layer between HDPE skins, improving chemical resistance or cost on tanks that hold aggressive or stored liquids. The servo-hydraulic drive that meters power to demand manages the long blow cycle and heavy clamping these volumes demand, and automatic deflashing in line clears the large parting lines.
