Overview
This machine injection-molds rigid HDPE baskets and crates used to move produce through harvest, transport and retail. Crate moulds are usually single-cavity, with a multi-point hot runner so the ribbed, ventilated walls fill evenly and baskets stack and nest without warping.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
