Overview

This is the mould itself, not the machine, machined to form HDPE lubricant oil bottles between 2L and 10L. Cavity geometry, the integrated handle pocket and pinch-off edges are cut to give even wall distribution and a clean weld line on every shot, while the neck section sets an accurate thread for capping. Built in AMAN's in-house mould workshop, it fits the matching servo-hydraulic extrusion blow molding machine with its automatic deflashing in line. Tooling is supplied ready to run.
